Start Date: 07-20-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients on the 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit
Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to cardiac changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, and Observation units
Float between various Med-Surg areas to support patient needs and gain diverse experience
Document accurately using Epic EMR to ensure seamless continuity of care
Educate patients and families while delivering holistic nursing care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio
Current BLS certification
Minimum 3 years of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
Proven Epic EMR proficiency required
Ability to pass telemetry competency testing on day one

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry interpretation skills
Comfort working across multiple medical-surgical specialties
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Quick learner with adaptability to different unit workflows
Patient-centered approach with attention to detail
