Roles & Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Epic Tapestry payer workflows.
Translate client requirements into workflow maps, test scenarios, configuration inputs, and acceptance criteria.
Support UAT, defect triage, process validation, and operational readiness activities.
Provide functional guidance across claims, eligibility, enrollment, benefits, provider, and payer operations.
Collaborate with U.S. healthcare teams to ensure smooth remote delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience.
Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, revenue cycle systems, or healthcare enterprise applications.
Ability to work effectively with U.S. healthcare teams and support remote delivery across time zones.
Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, HIPAA-style data handling, and confidential client information.

Knowledge & Skills

Epic Tapestry functional analysis
Payer workflow analysis
Requirements gathering for claims, enrollment, eligibility, and benefits
User acceptance testing (UAT)
Strong payer operations background
Experience supporting large healthcare IT transformation projects
