Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the caring Shriners team to create personalized treatment plans
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during every session
- Maintain cutting-edge equipment for top-quality care
- Document treatments accurately to support the healing journey
Qualifications
- Active Radiation Therapist license in Washington
- Current ARRT certification
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Reliable and adaptable for rotating shifts
- Experience in a hospital setting a plus
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy
- Completion of accredited radiation therapy program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in radiation therapy techniques
- Strong patient communication skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation
- Team player mindset
- Attention to detail in documentation
