Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical mobility and functional status to establish baselines
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic treatment plans that restore function
• Provide outpatient interventions focused on orthopedic, sports, neurological, and balance issues
• Monitor patient progress and modify plans to maximize recovery and independence
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams about goals and progress
• Document assessments and treatments accurately and timely in the patient record
• Travel between assigned care sites as needed to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• Experience or comfort working in outpatient physical therapy settings (preferred)
• Ability to travel between multiple points of care during the workweek
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and team collaboration

• Patient evaluation and functional assessment
• Therapeutic treatment planning and rehabilitation delivery
• Outpatient care best practices and documentation
• Orthopedic, sports, neurological, stroke, balance, and spinal therapy approaches
• Clinical decision-making and progress monitoring
• Ability to adapt treatments for acute and chronic conditions
