Roles & Responsibilities

• Help patients regain mobility and independence through tailored exercise programs
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated rehabilitation team
• Monitor and record patient responses to treatments
• Assist in developing personalized care plans
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families

Qualifications

• Current California PTA license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• CPR certification (BLS) preferred
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or post-acute setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and rehabilitation techniques
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
