Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients with care and precision
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of specimens
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide excellent patient service and comfort during procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure accurate test results

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification (e.g., CPT, NCCT, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
