Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to pediatric patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of California
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Pediatric nursing knowledge and clinical skills
• Comfortable with electronic medical records
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
