Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC system
• Support patients and their families with compassion and expertise

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• Current and valid California RN license (Nursys verified)
• Must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts and flexible scheduling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in ICU nursing
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
• Current BLS, ACLS, and DCI/BVP certifications
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
