Location: Boswell, Mississippi

Shift Type: Full-Time; specific days and hours to be determined (schedule details discussed during interview)

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 - $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' physical, cognitive and functional abilities to create meaningful care plans
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily living skills
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes and quality of life
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans based on measurable results
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Ensure compliance with facility and state regulations to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications

Active Mississippi Occupational Therapy license (required)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current BLS certification
Previous clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning expertise
Therapeutic intervention techniques to support daily living skills
Progress monitoring and clinical documentation
Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Familiarity with facility and state regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
