Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of lab tests including Phlebotomy, Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, Serology, and Microbiology
• Ensure accurate and timely results to support patient care
• Maintain quality control and follow lab protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend coverage
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver excellent diagnostic services

Qualifications

• MLT certification or equivalent preferred
• Less than 1 year of experience welcome - great for new grads!
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
