Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care within scope of LPN practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
Document patient care, observations and communications clearly and timely
Support a positive patient experience by communicating with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

Current LPN license (practical/licensed vocational nurse) — eligible to practice in Georgia preferred
Active CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and adapting to variable schedules
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively on a care team
Ability to pass standard background and health screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical skills in medication administration and basic assessments
Familiarity with charting/documentation best practices
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical setting
Teamwork and effective communication with patients, families and staff
Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
