Shift Type: Days not specified, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to patients across the facility
Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
Perform routine assessments and report changes in patient condition
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the care team to deliver coordinated care
Assist with wound care, ADLs, and restorative nursing interventions
Maintain clear, timely charting in the electronic health record
Support patient and family education with patience and clarity

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina (required). RN candidates with appropriate license may also be considered.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Proven clinical skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to pass facility background checks and meet onboarding requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN) or accredited nursing program for RN candidates
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic IV/shot competency where applicable
Patient assessment and documentation best practices
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Basic wound care, vital signs monitoring, and ADL support
Infection control and safety procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills and patient advocacy
