Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Monitor vital signs and report any changes promptly to the care team
Document patient status and interventions clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Support patient and family education with patience and clarity

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent
Current LPN licensure in PA

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic treatment protocols
Routine patient assessments and accurate documentation
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
