Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with accuracy and care
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the care team
• Provide compassionate hands-on care to support patients' daily needs
• Document patient assessments and interventions thoroughly and timely
• Collaborate with registered nurses and providers to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on wellness and care instructions

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply
