Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a per diem capacity
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities and patient education
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other staff to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification (BLS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to different units and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in medication administration and nursing procedures
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
