Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort
• Document patient care thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver excellent outcomes

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Current BLS certification (or obtain upon hire)
• Previous LPN experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
• Compassionate, empathetic, and reliable

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing care standards and practices
• Skilled in medication administration and patient assessment
• Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
