Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Per Diem
Location: Columbus, Georgia
Start Date: 08-25-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per Diem - Flexible shifts, 12.5-hour shifts as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort
- Document patient care thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver excellent outcomes
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Current BLS certification (or obtain upon hire)
- Previous LPN experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
- Compassionate, empathetic, and reliable
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of nursing care standards and practices
- Skilled in medication administration and patient assessment
- Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
