Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients on a per diem basis
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and communicate effectively with patients and families

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
• Collaboration with RNs, physicians, and the care team
