Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the care team
• Provide compassionate direct patient care and support
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Current BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (new graduates welcomed)
• Previous LPN experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
