Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, direct patient care in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, while monitoring patient responses
• Assess and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with registered nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Previous LPN experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but new graduates are welcome
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts including weekends and holidays as needed

• Medication administration and dosage calculation
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Wound care and infection control best practices
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
