Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs and healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia (or compact license)
• Current BLS certification
• Previous experience as an LPN is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to varying patient care settings and needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care standards and nursing best practices
• Skilled in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
