Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to every patient
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the care team
• Document patient assessments and treatments in a timely manner
• Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Previous LPN experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient observation and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Compassionate communication with patients and families
• Team collaboration and adaptability in fast-paced settings
