Candidate Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents and prioritize patient comfort
Perform thorough patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document promptly
Support wound care, IV/line observations, and routine clinical procedures as directed
Collaborate with nurses, therapists and physicians to create and update care plans
Ensure accurate charting in the medical record and follow facility policies for safety and infection control

Qualifications

Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts including weekends
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Previous LPN experience in long-term care, rehab or similar setting is a plus
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN program or equivalent practical nursing diploma

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic physical care
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) charting
Infection control and safety protocols
Time management for 12-hour shift efficiency
Team collaboration and clear clinical communication
