Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents at Windward Gardens
- Monitor patient health and promptly report changes to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Support daily living activities and foster a positive environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Maine
- Current CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and resident assessments
- Comfortable working in long-term care settings
- Able to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Reliable and adaptable to resident needs
