Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents at Windward Gardens
• Monitor patient health and promptly report changes to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Support daily living activities and foster a positive environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Maine
• Current CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in medication administration and resident assessments
• Comfortable working in long-term care settings
• Able to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Reliable and adaptable to resident needs
