Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care across multiple outpatient clinics including Cardiology, Endocrinology, ENT, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Pain, Primary Care, Rheumatology, Afterhours Care, and Snowmass Clinic
• Serve as the primary nurse with minimal supervision while maintaining flexibility to float between all outpatient locations
• Perform both clinical nursing duties and administrative support functions to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Provide high-quality patient care while adapting quickly to different specialty environments and patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support comprehensive outpatient services in a dynamic mountain community

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
• Preferred: 2 years of PCU/ICU/CCU or ED experience
• Preferred: TNCC certification, EPIC experience, and Spanish bilingual skills

Education

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to adapt quickly between different specialty clinics
• Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred
• Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of outpatient clinic workflows and administrative processes
