Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and optimize EPIC workflows across clinical areas to improve patient care
• Respond to on-call incidents and triage overnight/weekend system issues quickly
• Collaborate with clinical staff, IT teams, and leadership to resolve EPIC-related problems
• Participate in Prime Core Competencies and skills checklist activities to maintain readiness
• Document troubleshooting steps, follow-up actions, and system changes clearly and concisely
• Assist with testing, rollouts, and ongoing configuration tasks for EPIC modules
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and health requirements to remain in active status

Qualifications

• EPIC experience required — demonstrated hands-on support or analyst experience
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) preferred or required per posting
• Willingness and ability to work PM, rotating nights, weekends, and overnight on-call shifts
• Completion of DCI/BVP and Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Skills Checklist as required
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks: 10-panel drug screen and color-blind test
• Up-to-date health screenings and vaccinations: annual TB screening/PPD or chest X-ray, physical/health statement, COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep familiarity with EPIC system modules and clinical workflow troubleshooting
• Strong on-call triage and incident management skills for overnight support
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clinical and technical teams
• Ability to prioritize issues under pressure and follow through to resolution
• Attention to detail for documentation, competency testing, and compliance tasks
