Roles & Responsibilities

Support the electrophysiology team during complex procedures
Cover cath lab cases on non-EP days to ensure seamless patient care
Teach and guide EP team members to elevate their skills
Provide coverage for employee PTO and other absences
Operate fluoroscopy equipment safely and effectively

Qualifications

Experience in electrophysiology and cath lab procedures
Proficiency with fluoroscopy and EP scrub/stimulation
Teaching and mentoring skills to guide the team
Ability to cover a variety of cases in a dynamic environment
Current certifications relevant to the role (RCIS, ARRT preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Electrophysiology stimulation and recording
EP scrubbing and sterile technique
Fluoroscopy operation and safety
Cath lab procedures and equipment
Team collaboration and communication
Adaptability to different case types
