Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely interventions
• Utilize EPIC system for accurate documentation and order management
• Respond rapidly to life-threatening emergencies and code situations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent emergency room nursing experience required
• Active California Registered Nurse license required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• PALS, NRP, DCI/BVP certifications preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and procedures
• Comfortable with rhythm interpretation and specialty exams
