Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and scaling to keep smiles bright
- Examine patients for signs of oral diseases and provide preventive care
- Take and develop dental x-rays with precision and care
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and diet
- Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a clean, sterile environment
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in dental prophylaxis and scaling/root planing
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and OSHA standards
- Ability to take high-quality dental radiographs
- Strong patient education and chairside manner
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
