Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, and polishing
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience
• Utilize your dental assistant support to optimize patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control protocols
• Deliver compassionate care in a supportive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and with a dental assistant

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control
• Strong interpersonal skills to educate and comfort patients
• Attention to detail and accurate charting
• Ability to adapt to a supportive team workflow
