Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care and thorough cleanings
• Perform scaling, root planing, and polish teeth to maintain oral health
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays with attention to safety and accuracy
• Document patient treatment plans and assist the dentist during procedures
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work evening hours
• Strong clinical skills and attention to patient comfort
• Experience with dental radiography and sterilization protocols

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent patient communication and education
• Proficiency with dental hygiene instruments and equipment
• Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards
• Team collaboration with dentists and support staff
• Accurate recordkeeping and EHR documentation
