Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional oral hygiene care and education to patients
Perform thorough dental cleanings and screenings to detect potential issues
Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
Document patient care and maintain accurate health records
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure comprehensive treatment
Educate patients on best practices for at-home dental care

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Maryland required
Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
CPR/BLS certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
Knowledge of dental anatomy, periodontology, and radiology
Experience with electronic health records and dental software
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
