Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the GBT machine efficiently during dental hygiene procedures
• Run and coordinate two operatories or columns to keep patient flow smooth
• Assist dental hygienists with patient preparation, instrument handling, and clinical support
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile treatment environment
• Document patient care accurately and support the dental team with daily tasks

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) machine is required
• Ability to confidently run two columns in a fast-paced dental setting
• Previous experience as a dental assistant or hygiene assistant preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
• Basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and workflows
• Skill in operating GBT technology for optimal patient care
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple operatories efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and team members
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
