Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist dental hygienists with patient exams and cleanings
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take and develop dental X-rays as directed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support smooth patient flow and clinic operations
Qualifications
- Valid Dental Assistant certification or training
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in a dental office setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
- Familiarity with dental software and scheduling systems
- Strong attention to detail and infection control practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with a dental team
