Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions to improve residents' functional abilities
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with patient goals
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Massachusetts
• Completion of an accredited OTA program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy assessment tools and treatment modalities
• Proficiency in documenting clinical outcomes
• Understanding of SNF environment and resident care standards
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse patient populations
