Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions and treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Help patients regain independence and improve functional performance in daily activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient progress with the therapy team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Oregon COTA license required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SNF, rehab, or geriatric settings preferred
