Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, helping residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Assist residents in improving functional independence, mobility, and activities of daily living (ADLs) in a skilled nursing setting.
  • Document patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Active Oregon COTA license in good standing.
  • Previous SNF or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred but not required – we are happy to train the right candidate!
