Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in daily living activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Help with mobility and transferring residents safely
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being
• Communicate effectively with nursing team and families

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New York
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccination required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing care principles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Problem-solving and time management skills
