Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support safe and timely patient transfers and mobility
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent care
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (T-CNA classification noted) or equivalent
• Previous CNA or travel CNA experience preferred
• Comfortable working night shifts and a 6-week travel assignment
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent and CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical skills in patient hygiene, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Basic vital signs measurement and patient observation
• Infection control and safe patient handling practices
• Reliable documentation and attention to detail
• Effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability to new settings and ability to learn facility workflows quickly
