Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in an assisted living setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident health status and report changes
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure personalized care plans
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Michigan
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and health screening
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in medication administration and clinical documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices
