Retail Pharmacy Technician

Location: Westerville, Ohio

Start Date: 07-26-2026

End Date: 10-24-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flexible schedule including opening, mid-day, and closing shifts; Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
Accurately fill and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure medication availability
Process insurance claims and handle patient inquiries with a smile
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment

Qualifications

Current BLS certification (required)
Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs
Must pass background check and health screening requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in retail pharmacy operations and medication handling
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with pharmacy management software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
