Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess condition changes, responding promptly to emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Active RN license in Texas or compact state
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in ICU nursing, including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
