Candidate Pay Rate: $72 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans and multi-modality imaging with patient safety as your top priority
- Operate and maintain CT and related imaging equipment following facility protocols
- Prepare patients by explaining procedures, screening for contraindications, and ensuring proper positioning
- Administer contrast agents when required and monitor patients for reactions according to policy
- Document exams accurately in the electronic medical record and communicate findings to the care team
- Adhere to radiation safety practices and infection control guidelines at all times
- Participate in Trinity-specific competency testing and skills checklists to maintain proficiency
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Valid state Radiologic Technologist license (license/certificate verification required)
- CT experience and demonstrated competency in multi-modality imaging
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Comfort working night shifts and rotating weekend coverage
- Completion of facility-required screening: drug screen, fit test, immunizations/PPD or IGRA
- Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklist completion as part of onboarding
Education
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (or equivalent clinical training)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of CT protocols and cross-sectional anatomy
- Proficiency in patient positioning and radiation dose optimization
- Experience with contrast administration and monitoring
- Familiarity with PACS and electronic health record documentation
- Excellent patient communication and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to adapt to site-specific workflows and work collaboratively in a team
