Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (specific hours may vary, but 40 hours/week required)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment
Scrub in for cardiac, ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn surgeries
Maintain organization and efficiency in the OR

Qualifications

Surgical Tech certification (e.g., CST, RVT)
Experience in OR setting, preferably with cardiac cases
Ability to single scrub cardiac procedures

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Post-secondary education in surgical technology (e.g., certificate, diploma, or associate's degree)

Knowledge & Skills

Surgical procedures and protocols
Sterilization and disinfection techniques
Communication and teamwork skills
