Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to home health patients
Treat patients with various diagnoses such as surgeries and falls
Use EMR system HomeCare/HomeBase
Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license in North Dakota
BLS certification
1+ year of experience in Physical Therapy
Experience in home health
Current Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Education

Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy skills
Home Health experience
EMR system HomeCare/HomeBase
Communication and interpersonal skills
