Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments
Develop and implement patient care plans
Perform Oasis Assessments and Start of Care cases
Utilize tablet to track time and visits

Qualifications

Physical Therapist license
Experience in physical therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Patient assessment and evaluation
Care planning and implementation
