Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in the Step-Down Unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Administer treatments and medications with compassion
- Advocate for patients to ensure the highest quality of care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- Experience in Step-Down Unit or similar preferred
- BLS certification required
- Commitment to patient-centered care
