Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical patient care in a fast‑paced ER environment
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care
• Monitor telemetry and respond swiftly to dysrhythmia events
• Lead trauma resuscitations and coordinate emergency response
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of teamwork

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid California RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Level II trauma experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
