Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Start Date: 06-23-2026
End Date: 09-22-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Flexible scheduling, available any day of the week, every other weekend, and holidays as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient transfers between hospitals within and outside Dignity Health
- Conduct patient assessments and gather vital information
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists to secure bed placements
- Utilize computer applications such as Cerner, TeleTracking, and Google Apps
- Provide excellent customer service and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of ICU, ED, or transfer center experience
- Acute care experience required
- Critical care assessment skills and strong clinical judgement
- Cerner or EPIC experience preferred
- RN or LVN license required
Education
- RN or LVN degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical care assessment
