Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced respiratory care to critically ill NICU patients
• Manage and troubleshoot ventilator settings using Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
• Perform breathing treatments and ventilator assessments
• Document patient care in Meditech EMR
• Provide education and support to families and staff
• Maintain high energy and make a difference in patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year current acute care RRT hospital experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NRP certification
• NICU/PEDS experience preferred
• Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
