Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, flexible per diem scheduling
Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert respiratory care to improve patient outcomes
- Monitor and manage ventilators and oxygen therapy with precision
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create life-changing treatment plans
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, making a real difference every shift
Qualifications
- Active RRT or CRT license in Louisiana
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Recent experience in acute care respiratory therapy
- Compassionate approach with strong patient communication skills

- Familiarity with NICU, ICU, and emergency respiratory protocols
